"Hand in hand for mental health in the workplace" is the motto of this year's nationwide Mental Health Week from October 10 to 20, 2024. In the Oder-Spree district, too, various stakeholders are preparing a series of events where citizens can get to know the regional network of support services in the mental health care landscape and engage in a mutual exchange on mental health and mental illness.

Volunteering is an important part of working together as a society. Many people are therefore committed to helping the community in their free time.
