Under the theme ‘Oderland-Spree 2030+’, key stakeholders from the region gathered at Neuzelle Abbey in spring 2026 for the second meeting of the Oderland-Spree Steering Group. Discussions on future issues relating to the development of commercial land, mobility and regional cooperation centred on the shared goal of developing viable strategies for strong and sustainable regional development.

Actors from regional development and economic development from Oderland-Spree exchanged views on strategies, cooperation and prospects for a strong region with the aim of jointly shaping the future of the region.

After a successful first project period (2021–2023), the Oderland-Spree Regional Management will continue to support the municipalities and economic players in the Oderland-Spree region with issues relating to commercial and industrial development in support of Tesla's environmental development.
