The start-up center of the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) is the first point of contact for many founders in ODERLAND-SPREE. Here, ideas are developed together and the foundations for implementation are laid. CEMEX, as a globally active, innovative company in the Oderland-Spree region, has been meeting the high demands of climate and environmental protection in the cement industry for years. Start-up-Zentren in der Region
Das Land Brandenburg unterstützt die Etablierung und den Betrieb von sechs Start-up-Zentren, von denen sich zwei in ODERLAND-SPREE befinden: Strausberg und Beeskow. Die weiteren werden in Potsdam, Bad Belzig, Cottbus und Wildau eingerichtet und sind das Ergebnis einer europaweiten Ausschreibung.
Die Zentren sollen dazu beitragen, noch mehr innovative Gründungen in Brandenburg zu ermöglichen und Start-ups bei ihrer Etablierung und weiteren Entwicklung zu unterstützen. Damit soll das Start-up-Ökosystem in Brandenburg nachhaltig gestärkt werden mit dem langfristigen Ziel, das Land als führenden Standort für innovative Gründungen zu profilieren und somit auch positive Effekte für Beschäftigung, Wirtschaftswachstum und Unternehmensansiedlungen zu erzielen.
