The KulturPass is an offer from the German government for all those who reach the age of 18 in 2023. They receive a virtual budget of 200.00 euros, which they can use for tickets, books, CDs, records and the like. The Oekumenische Europa-Centrum Frankfurt (Oder) e.V. in cooperation with the European University Viadrina has brought the monumental sculpture SORRY by Polish artist Joanna Rajkowska to Frankfurt (Oder).
