On Saturday, 29 June 2024, the Basic Education Centre of the Adult Education Centre Frankfurt (Oder) invites its participants and all interested parties to a reading picnic in the city garden at the Adult Education Centre from 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
In good tradition, the program includes proverb guessing, tongue twisters, letter keys, a book swap and books – also in simple language – for browsing and reading aloud.
The cooperation partners will be presenting their own activities: the Kleist Museum with pen and ink, the Peitzer Acht with a story box and the city and regional library with a Kamishibai theater for all ages. The Ulrich-von-Hutten bookshop will provide support with a box of books.
Coffee, tea and water carafes will be provided. Please bring your own picnic.
The event is free of charge. In case of rain, the reading picnic will take place at the adult education center.
