Nationwide IHK training campaign "Jetzt #könnenlernen – Ausbildung macht mehr aus uns" is looking for new faces until 14 June
For more than three years, the nationwide IHK advertising campaign "Jetzt #könnenlernen – Ausbildung macht mehr aus uns" has been using real trainees to draw attention to the benefits of training – especially where young people spend their time: on digital platforms. The next generation of trainees can apply for a place in the campaign until 14 June. Brandenburg trainees are being called upon by the Cottbus, East Brandenburg and Potsdam Chambers of Industry and Commerce (IHK Cottbus, IHK Ostbrandenburg and IHK Potsdam) to turn their company into a figurehead and stage.
"The three Brandenburg chambers of industry and commerce are working together with the other 76 chambers of industry and commerce in Germany to convey a new, modern and promising image of training. To do this, we need committed training companies with strong trainee personalities who want to take part in the applicant casting. The trainee project offers a great opportunity to showcase modern training in Brandenburg to the public," says Manuela Glühmann, Head of the Training and Further Education/Skilled Labour Division at the Cottbus Chamber of Industry and Commerce on behalf of the three Brandenburg chambers of industry and commerce (IHKs).
The nationwide TikTok campaign channel @die.azubis already has around 85,000 followers and over 42 million views in the past year. "That's a great success! With two apprentices from Spitzke in Großbeeren, training in Brandenburg was already highly visible. Any of our Brandenburg training companies and trainees who are also keen on social media, camera and creative formats should not miss the application deadline on 14 June and submit a video.
In order to create exciting and authentic stories and take many young people digitally into everyday training life, the PR project requires a few free time slots and motivation," adds Manuela Glühmann.
Participating companies benefit from nationwide visibility, a modern training image, an authentic approach to young target groups, PR potential through strong stories, positioning as an attractive training company and from the trainee's personal growth and strong identification with the company.
Aspiring "training creators" should be in their first year of training and of legal age. They regularly produce independent videos for the TikTok channel @die.azubis – also during working hours with approx. 1–2 hours per week and take part in photo shoots and film shoots – approx. two to three times a year, usually from Friday to Sunday. The apprentices are the faces of the campaign and are therefore visible nationwide on posters, flyers and screens.
Application
A short application video and the trainee's details (also possible in combination with the trainer) must be sent to the Intermate agency and the email address: ihk@intermate.de by 14 June. In June, the nationwide IHKs will make the selection and provide feedback to the companies. Selected trainees will be invited to the kick-off weekend on 31 July to 2 August 2026.
