The Planning Funding Grant (PFR) will be extended until 2024.
In the framework of the Planning Funding Guideline PFR 2020, municipal urban land use planning (land use and development planning) will continue to be promoted by the state of Brandenburg as a prerequisite for integrated urban development of cities and municipalities in the state of Brandenburg.
In this context, the main objectives of planning support are to strengthen municipal self-government and the associated local planning sovereignty as well as inter-municipal cooperation. The bearers of the municipal planning sovereignty, such as cities, municipalities and municipal associations are promoted.
Subjects of funding are joint land use plans, development plans, planning measures of land development as well as project coordination and project management of planning processes.
