From September 16 to 22, 2024, 13 organic bakeries in Berlin and Brandenburg are inviting visitors to take a look over their shoulders as they practise their craft. In the Oderland-Spree region, interested parties can take a look at the production at Hofbäckerei Marienhöhe by registering in advance.
From "baking in the open air" to tours of mills and bakeries, cookie, croissant and gluten-free baking courses to "baking with kids", the program at the participating bakeries is varied. But one thing's for sure, you'll get to taste it yourself at the end.
