Companies will find a large number of broad-based educational institutions in our region. The universities and research institutions are very well networked regionally and bring international scientific relations to the region. Projects and further education of young talent can be taken care of locally. Additionally, motivated contacts and network partnerships can be accessed.

Bridge between science and practice

The networking of science, society and the regional economy is important to us and will be further intensified:

  • European University Viadrina and Wildau University of Applied Sciences with a university presence office in Fürstenwalde/Spree
  • Transferring knowledge with creative formats and citizen science
  • The team at the presence office networks companies
into the entire Brandenburg scientific landscape
