"With momentum into the weekend": exercise offer for families

The MehrGenerationenHaus MIKADO, the project "Parental support in Frankfurt (Oder) of Caritas" and profamilia start in cooperation on Saturday, July 15, 2023 with a new free offer: sports and fun for parents and children are brought together in the MIKADO, Franz-Mehring-Straße 20. This strengthens the interfamilial bond, the sense of community and the body feeling.

Under the guidance of a family midwife and a parent companion, there will be playful, active as well as relaxing elements. Depending on the age of the children, the offer will be divided into two groups:

• 0 to 2-year-olds: every third Saturday of the month
• 3 to 6-year-olds: every first and third Saturday of the month

Parental participation is part of the offer. Meeting place is at 9:30 a.m. the entrance in the courtyard. Around 11:00 a.m. participants will be seen off to the weekend. Wearing sports clothes is recommended. Children can use a changing room on site.
