Under the PFR 2020 planning funding guideline, the state of Brandenburg supports municipalities from the Oderland-Spree region in planning for new housing, economic settlements, transportation and climate protection projects.
With the support of the Oderland-Spree Regional Management, the following municipalities from the region have received a grant.

- Spreenhagen
- Neuenhagen near Berlin
- Rietz - Neuendorf
- Storkow (Mark)
- Wriezen
- Amt Seelow Land
- Bad Freienwalde (Oder)
- Frankfurt (Oder)
The Regional Management Oderland-Spree congratulates the funded municipalities.
The guideline on the granting of subsidies for the promotion of joint land use planning, development plans and planning measures of state development as well as project coordination/management of planning processes in the state of Brandenburg (Planning Funding Guideline 2020-PFR 2020) came into force on January 27, 2021.
In Brandenburg, funding is provided to the holders of municipal planning sovereignty, such as cities, municipalities and municipal associations. This year, 2.5 and next year 5 million euros are available.
Applications for the program year 2022 are to be submitted in writing to the LBV no later than March 31, 2022.
