Reading with Yvonne Zitzmann: "The foxes have pits, the birds have nests".

The Rangsdorf author and translator Yvonne Zitzmann, born in Frankfurt (Oder), reads on Friday, May 5, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in House 1 of the City and Regional Library from her second novel published last year "The foxes have pits, the birds have nests" (Müry Salzmann Verlag).

The novel tells of a single-parent artist's unleashing, woven into a hundred-year family history with never-ending expulsion through half of Europe. In addition, the author's childhood in Frankfurt (Oder) is thematized in the work.

Katja Buckler musically accompanies the reading on the accordion.

Library users pay 3.00 euros, guests without library card 5.00 euros. Tickets can be purchased at the box office and in advance in House 1 of the library.
