As reported by the office of the expert committee for land values in the Oder-Spree district and in the city of Frankfurt (Oder), the eponymous expert committee decided on May 17, 2023, the current property market report.

The data reported in the Property Market Report 2022 - including area and money turnover rates, property interest rates, index series, market adjustment factors and user fees, as well as statements on the price level of garden land, agricultural and forestry land, waterfront properties, condominiums and other property submarkets - are intended to make the property market in the Oder-Spree district and in Frankfurt (Oder) transparent for all market participants.
