A new app guides families, school classes, children and young people playfully on the traces of the von Kleist family in Frankfurt (Oder) and Słubice. The tour can be downloaded free of charge via QR code on your own smartphone or used on a tablet borrowed from the Tourist Information.
For the age groups under and over 14 years, different tour sections were designed with a duration of one hour each. The app leads to various stations in the life and work of the von Kleist family and invites with a quiz and reflection tasks to playfully deal with the questions of the design of language, the search for happiness in life or the history of the double city.
One section of the tour is also designed as a bicycle tour to the memorial stone to the Battle of Kunersdorf (Kunowice). For the tour by bike should be planned about four hours.
The app is also available in Polish with its own QR code.
