In a year when sport brings people together across the globe – from major football moments to inclusive activities – this year’s Pot Market is themed ‘Moving Together’. A wide range of activities invites our youngest guests in particular to get involved. Those who complete several activity stations will be rewarded for their sporting spirit.
At the heart of the colourful hustle and bustle are the many stalls featuring the workshop’s own products – from ceramics and textiles to handmade one-off pieces. The range is complemented by guest vendors from the region, who add even more variety.
Culinary-wise, we’re drawing inspiration from the countries participating in this year’s World Cup and offering treats that reflect the diversity of these nations – rounded off with classic dishes and sweet treats.
Entertainment is provided by a varied programme of live music. The Frankfurt Fanfare Guard will open the Pottery Market and bring the whole site to life. In addition, the Frankfurt Music School and the bands “Männer Sache” and “C-Null” will contribute to the lively atmosphere with live music on the main stage.
As every year, visitors will receive the traditional Pot Market badge, lovingly crafted in the ceramics and moulded stone workshop – this time featuring a sporty figure as its motif. Our staff and employees look forward to welcoming you to the Pot Market.

The Gronenfelder Werkstätten, run by Wichern Diakonie, offer vocational and social rehabilitation for people with disabilities who, due to the severity of their disabilities, are unable to work in the mainstream labour market either temporarily or permanently. In the workshops, they find meaningful work. The goal of integration into the open labour market is planned on an individual basis, and the work is designed and supported accordingly.
