In order to promote innovative product developments and marketing concepts in rural areas, the association awarded the "pro agro Marketing Prize – naturally Brandenburg!" for the 27th time this year.
The Gläserne Molkerei was awarded first place in the pro agro marketing prize in the "Food industry" category for its new caffeine drink from the milk shelf – a great recognition for organic farming from Brandenburg.
The Fördergemeinschaft Ökologischer Landbau Berlin-Brandenburg e. V. (FÖL) congratulates its member company on this award, which was presented on the stage of the Brandenburg Hall during the 100th Green Week on 16.01.2026. The prize was awarded to the innovative organic dairy product drink "hellwach", which is the first organic pro-mo drink with caffeine to set new standards in the organic chiller cabinet.
Innovation for alert minds
With "hellwach", Gläserne Molkerei is setting new standards in the organic market: the 2Go drink combines fermented milk permeate, real organic fruit juices, lactic acid cultures and natural caffeine from green organic coffee extract. The drink contains 33 mg of caffeine per 100 ml, provides energy, is easily digestible and contains no artificial additives or flavorings. This means that "hellwach" fills a previously unoccupied niche between coffee and energy drinks. "Hellwach is an organic product for everyday urban life: caffeinated, fruity, low in fat – and with real added value. We are specifically addressing young, mobile target groups and expanding the organic category with a completely new taste experience," explains Christina Müller, Brand and Product Manager at Gläserne Molkerei.
Three more awards for FÖL members
In the "Food Industry" category, BioBackHaus took second place with its organic baked rolls for the home. The company combines artisan quality with organic raw materials and consumer friendliness - an example of the modern organic food industry that combines enjoyment, regionality and suitability for everyday use. 3rd place was awarded to Urstrom Jerseys. The ice cream manufacturer refines the milk from Jersey cows on a neighboring farm into delicious ice cream creations, which are available under the Honest Ice Cream brand. For the excellent sea buckthorn yoghurt ice cream, Urstrom Jerseys cooperates with Christine Berger GmbH & Co. KG, which supplies the regional sea buckthorn fruit.
The Behringhof took second place in the "Rural and Nature Tourism" category. The Bioland farm impressed with its holistic concept, which combines organic farming, sustainable tourism and regional development, and as a demonstration farm for organic farming with a vacation farm, orchards, pasture farming and direct marketing, is an example of organic farming that can be experienced in rural areas.

Strong signal for organic farming in Brandenburg-Berlin
"The first place for Gläserne Molkerei shows how innovative and marketable organic companies from our region are. The other awards underline the diversity and future viability of our member companies," says Michael Wimmer, Managing Director of FÖL. "They combine ecological values with professional marketing and sustainably strengthen regional value creation."
