Open Day at the Frankfurt (Oder) Music School

The Frankfurt (Oder) Music School invites you to its Open Day on Saturday, January 24, 2026 from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

Interested people of all ages can get to know and try out instruments and talk to the teachers. At 10.00 a.m., early musical education will open the morning with a short performance, followed by a musical introduction of the oboe. There are currently still places available for this instrument, which is often referred to as the "queen of instruments".

As a municipal music school, the institution offers individual lessons as well as an ensemble program, including band work, choir, wind orchestra and the German-Polish Youth Orchestra. The offer is supplemented by early musical education, inclusive teaching formats and support for gifted students.

Admission is free. Registration is not required.
