The Carl-Friedrich-Gauß-Gymnasium in Frankfurt (Oder), one of the two recognized mathematical, scientific and technical special schools in the state of Brandenburg, is hosting an open day on Saturday, 18 January 2025 from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm.
Interested families - especially those with children in 4th and 6th grade - can get to know the school and take a look at the work of the departments.

The Carl-Friedrich-Gauß-Gymnasium, a certified MINT Excellence Center, is aimed at all pupils who have a keen interest in scientific issues, enjoy tackling mathematical problems or working with computers. The school's teachers have a high level of expertise and experience in supporting gifted students, which they incorporate into the wide range of enrichment programs.

Children in Year 6 who are interested in joining Gauss-Gymnasium have the opportunity to take the compulsory aptitude test at 9.30 am.

Through cooperation with Haus Einstein, a boarding school run by the Internationaler Bund, which is pedagogically aligned with the school's profile, children from all over Brandenburg are offered individual development. The boarding school is located near the school building and can also be visited on January 18.
