From now on, the Frankfurt cultural office has its own website. It can be accessed at www.kulturbuero-ffo.de. For the first time, the office belonging to the Eigenbetrieb KULTURBETRIEBE of the city of Frankfurt (Oder) now presents its tasks and offers through its own website.
The responsibilities of the Cultural Office include the cultural promotion of projects and institutions, the operation of the Artothek and the Socio-Cultural Center in St. Mary's Church, the rental of rooms in the House of Arts and the care of art in public spaces.
The website provides background information on St. Mary's Church and the art collections as well as information on application deadlines and procedures for municipal individual project funding, as well as tips for holding events in the church. Current forms and applications can also be downloaded. An event overview is under construction.
A further new feature is that works of art from the Artothek collection can be viewed on the website. For the first time, the more than 200 works of art in public spaces are also described in more detail. These can be filtered by location and other criteria, such as material, technique, year of creation and artist.
The Artothek of the city of Frankfurt (Oder) is a cultural offer for citizens, companies and institutions. Here, works of art in painting and graphics can be borrowed for a fee for a year or longer. The collection stock is to be supplemented continuously on the website.
A first overview of the offers and contact data of all cultural enterprises mediates the general Website of the culture own enterprise. This has also been appearing in a new design for a few days and can be accessed as before at www.kultur-ffo.de.
