New network format for young companies in Frankfurt (Oder) - Invitation to the kick-off event of the NextStep network

The City of Frankfurt (Oder)'s economic development department, together with cooperation partners from the regional business and start-up promotion sector, is setting an example for the regional start-up scene: with the #NextStepNetzwerk, a new event format is being launched to connect start-ups, young entrepreneurs and company successors.

The kick-off event will take place on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at 5 p.m. in the town hall, Marktplatz 1.

Claus Junghanns, Mayor and Councillor for Economic Affairs: "Under the motto #darumFrankfurtOder, the NextStepNetzwerk will establish a regular meeting with immediate effect, which will take place every second Tuesday of the month in future. Our aim is to create an open and inspiring exchange space for entrepreneurs from different sectors who are in the first few years after founding or taking over their company. The format was developed in cooperation with the Economic Development Department of the City of Frankfurt (Oder), the East Brandenburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the IHK-Projektgesellschaft, the Chamber of Skilled Crafts Frankfurt (Oder) - East Brandenburg Region, the European University Viadrina and the Brandenburg Economic Development Agency. I would like to thank our partners very much for their joint commitment."

The concept and planned activities will be presented at the network's first event. In addition to content-related impulses and an interactive presentation of the topics, the meeting offers the opportunity to make contacts and exchange ideas across industries. All interested parties are invited to take part in this new format.
