The chambers of industry and commerce (IHKs) in the state of Brandenburg have launched a state-wide trainee photo competition. They are looking for creative images that vividly capture everyday training in Brandenburg companies - from unusual activities and bizarre encounters to great work results that make people proud. With the original photo motifs, the IHKs want to make the diverse world of training in the commercial and industrial-technical sectors and committed training companies visible.
All trainees in the country can take part. The best photos will be awarded prizes by the IHK Cottbus, IHK Ostbrandenburg and IHK Potsdam, depending on the chamber district - with vouchers worth up to 150 euros. The photos can now be uploaded to the website www.mach-es-in-brandenburg.de/fotochallenge. The deadline for entries is February 28, 2025.
From March 5 to March 28, 2025, the photos will then be available to the public for voting - conveniently via online voting. The chambers will announce who has won the race with which photos on April 3, 2025.
In Brandenburg, around 15,000 young people are currently learning an IHK apprenticeship, which offers a good foundation for a successful professional future.
The apprentice photo competition is a joint campaign of the state working group (LAG) of the chambers of industry and commerce in the state of Brandenburg. It represents the interests of around 160,000 companies from industry, trade and services.
