According to prior agreement, Frankfurt residents receive an appointment from the office of the Lord Mayor. Registrations for citizens' consultation, naming contact details including callback number, are possible by phone or online:

- Tuesday, April 25, 2023 · 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. as well as 1:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Thursday, April 27, 2023 · 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. as well as 1:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.
