Joint work in the nature reserve "Upper Klingetal

On Thursday, June 15, 2023, the lower nature conservation authority of the city of Frankfurt (Oder) together with voluntary nature conservation helpers and protected area caretakers from 4.00 to 6.00 p.m. a work operation in the nature reserve (NSG) "Upper Klingetal". The action is in connection with the preservation of a valuable wetland meadow within the NSG.

Interested parties are invited to participate in the mown material clearing of the area and to come into conversation with the volunteers and the employees of the lower nature conservation authority. Necessary equipment (rakes, forks, etc.) will be provided.

Meeting point is at the wet meadow in the NSG "Upper Klingetal". Access to the area is via the Fürstenwalder Poststraße/height Riebestraße. When arriving by car, parking facilities outside the protected area are to be used (e.g. Riebestraße, Elfriede-Thum-Straße).
