The care and geriatrics network Frankfurt (Oder), founded in 2019, is dedicated to the task of optimizing regional care structures and thus provide the best possible health care in particular to those in need of care and their relatives. This includes providing information about the city's counseling and care services, as well as educating people about specific problem areas.
The Health Day is supported by the funding program Pact for Care and the associated funding guideline for the expansion and further development of the care support points from the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health, Integration and Consumer Protection of the State of Brandenburg.
