As part of the Living Advent Calendar, the cities of Frankfurt (Oder) and Słubice are inviting the citizens and guests of the twin city to join in Christmas carol singing in an Advent atmosphere on Thursday, December 18, 2025 from 6.00 to 7.30 p.m. at St.-Marien-Kirche, Oberkirchplatz 1.
German-Polish choir voices will accompany the event. There is a Christmas carol book that will be distributed free of charge to those interested during the event. Light sources (flashlight, fairy lights, etc.) to illuminate the carols should be brought along as required. Please note that the use of open fire sources (candles, lighters, etc.) is prohibited inside the church.
The venue has a maximum capacity of 1,100 people. Seating is not available.
