Festival of summer feelings - Viadrina students invite to the summer festival on campus

Live music from salsa to indie rock provides on Saturday, June 24, 2023, for summer feelings on the campus of the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder). The General Student Committee (AStA) invites you to the university summer festival between 6 p.m. and midnight. On the BLOK-O stage will perform: the salsa band MiSolar, the indie rock band Kensington Road, the cover band InterJam and the indie musician Future Franz.

The university summer festival is preceded by the Graduation Day, where graduates of the three faculties of the Viadrina receive their certificates in three festive events. Together with their families and friends, they will then celebrate at a reception with Viadrina President Prof. Dr. Eduard Mühle and musical accompaniment by the University Orchestra Viaphoniker. The reception will lead into the university summer festival from 6 p.m., which is open to all those interested in the twin city of Frankfurt (Oder) and Słubice.

Visitors can enjoy snacks and cold drinks on site. In addition, there is the possibility to buy items from the AStA store. This year, the university summer festival is presented by the coworking space and café BLOK-O, the Frankfurter Brauhaus and the Förderkreis der Europa-Universität Viadrina e.V.
