From October 2025, anyone wishing to embark on a course of study that offers individual support, socially relevant career paths and international prospects is in the right place at the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder). Prospective students can now enrol and choose from 25 Bachelor's and Master's degree programs in the fields of cultural studies, law and economics.
Enrolment for the winter semester 2025/26 is possible from Monday, 2 June.
New to the range of courses is the dual Bachelor's program in Business Taxation. In seven semesters - a total of three and a half years - students gain a university degree in taxation and sound practical experience in tax consultancy at the same time. This is made possible by an individually coordinated alternation of block teaching and practical phases.
A total of 15 study places will be available for the first time from October 2025. The course is admission-free. Interested parties apply directly to the practice partner company; Viadrina provides support in the search for suitable companies.
As with all other undergraduate and non-degree programs at Viadrina, there are no tuition fees for this program.
Questions and applications can be sent immediately to: dualtax@europa-uni.de.
At present, all study programs at Viadrina are admission-free, so enrolment is possible without a numerus clausus (NC).
In total, Viadrina is offering ten Bachelor's and 15 Master's degree programs for the winter semester 2025/2026. These include undergraduate courses, such as the State Examination in Law and Economics, as well as courses with an explicitly European and international focus, such as the Master of European Studies, International Business Administration, German-Polish Law and Cultural and Social Studies. 13 double programs with international partner universities also offer the opportunity to obtain two degrees at the same time.
"What counts for us is motivation and interest"
Viadrina President Prof. Dr. Eduard Mühle invites all interested parties to get to know Viadrina personally and encourages them to enrol:
"At Viadrina, our aim is to educate people who provide scientifically sound impulses to successfully shape the future of coexistence. To this end, we offer all those who show strong motivation and genuine interest an individually guided course of study that simultaneously provides orientation and room for self-development. Our international campus is characterized by multilingualism, encounters and exchange and our alumni are highly sought-after specialists - regionally, nationally and internationally."
