Children's book hit "Das NEINhorn" as a stage play at the Kleist Forum

Stage free for "Das NEINhorn" and his friends. On January 17, the theater version of the cult children's book, performed by the ensemble of the Uckermärkische Bühnen Schwedt, can be seen at the Frankfurt Theaterhaus Kleist Forum. The day before, the play will be shown as a morning performance for school classes and daycare groups.

The NO unicorn is out of its element: it vehemently rejects everything that makes the other members of the unicorn family gli-gla-happy, everything that is heart-pink and cuddly soft and sugary sweet. Because its favorite word is "No!", it is christened the NO unicorn. The NEINhorn leaves its home in the heart forest and leaves the unicorn family baffled. It marches rhymelessly out into the land of dreams, where it meets the WASbear and the NAhUND. Together, they free the King DOCHter from the tower in which her father has locked her and discover that even defiance is more fun together. And so four little heroes conquer their place in the land of dreams with a spirit of defiance and joy: "No!" – "Yes!" – "What?" – "So what."

A play for all young and old rebels who are looking for their place in the world.
