The Hirschaue estate from Rietz-Neuendorf was one of the winners of this year's Brandenburg Innovation Award as part of a joint project.
The "reffiSchaf" project aims to establish a value chain for lamb and sheep meat and supports the preservation of Brandenburg's sheep farms and their cultural landscape.
