The 2026 Training Award of the Metropolitan Region East builds on the successful Marzahn-Hellersdorf 2025 Training Award and expands it through supra-regional cooperation. It serves as a tool for location marketing and for sustainably strengthening the regional training landscape.
The aim of the award is to make the training achievements of companies, trainees and trainers visible, to publicly highlight the diversity of regional training and to make it attractive for young skilled workers. The target group is primarily training companies and trainees in the Metropolitan Region East. The training award was announced as part of the Business Day 2025 and was awarded in two categories.
The application phase starts during the training and job fair career compass from May 8 to 9, 2026, and the award ceremony will take place in fall 2026 as part of the Business Day.
