From Saturday, July 29 to Friday, August 11, 2023, the traditional summer camp of Frankfurt's twin cities will take place. Here, 80 young people from Frankfurt's twin cities deal this year with the topics of digital life and mental health under the title "#nofilter - Be Yourself"

To this end, a youth conference will be held from July 30 to August 2 as part of the summer camp. The results will then be handed over in a public event on August 2 from 10.00 am in the Hansa Hall to those responsible for the two cities of Frankfurt (Oder) and Słubice, as well as to local decision-makers. In the course of the conference, the young people will interactively discuss various aspects of digitization and social media in different working groups.

The second part of the summer camp will then begin, during which the participants will meet creatively, engage in sports and take part in a wide range of activities. Among other things, visits to the Sachsenhausen memorial and the Bundestag in Berlin are planned.

Organized is the summer camp of the Frankfurt twin towns together with the city of Frankfurt (Oder) by the pewobe gGmbH and the German-Polish competence team. The summer camp is sponsored this year by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the State of Brandenburg, the City of Frankfurt (Oder), the Ministry of Finance and Europe and supported by a donation from the Lions Club Frankfurt (Oder).
