Flyer 1. Stummfilmnacht in Woltersdorf

In the cinema of the silent movie era, it was by no means silent. The movie was accompanied by music. Sometimes on the piano, sometimes with a whole orchestra. Many cinemas had special cinema organs for the musical accompaniment of the film.

The 1st Woltersdorf Silent Film Night brings Joe May back to Woltersdorf: experience "The Wandering Image" by Joe May and Fritz Lang from 1917 with live organ accompaniment, just like in the silent film era.

Film like in the cinema, organ like in church, a unique film experience awaits you.

A film from the collection of the Friedrich-Wilhelm-Murnau-Stiftung in Wiesbaden, presented by the Ev. Gesamtkirchengemeinde an Löcknitz und Spree and the Movieland Erkner cinema.
