"Hand in Hand for Mental Health in the Workplace" is the motto of this year's nationwide Mental Health Week from October 10 to 20, 2024. Events will take place regionally and throughout Germany in the period surrounding International Mental Health Day on Thursday, October 10, 2024, which has been celebrated annually since 1992.
In the Oder-Spree district, too, various stakeholders are preparing a series of events at which citizens can get to know the regional network of support services in the mental health care landscape and engage in a mutual exchange on mental health and mental illness. This year, the focus will be on dealing with the topic of mental health in the workplace and raising awareness of mental stress in the world of work.
