When the campus is transformed into a festival mile, international aromas waft through Konrad-Wachsmann-Allee and celebrations continue into the night across several stages, it’s time for the BTU Summer Festival once again.
On 26 and 27 June 2026, the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU), together with its partners, students, staff and local residents, invites you to a weekend full of music, encounters and hands-on activities on the central campus. Admission is free.
Over two days, guests can look forward to a varied programme of live music, entertainment, international food stalls and hands-on activities for the whole family. The summer festival provides a space for socialising, cultural exchange and celebrating together right in the heart of the central campus.
Friday evening is all about music and entertainment. On the Jam Stage, pole dancing and Airshot, amongst other acts, will provide entertainment before the popular “Quiz by Quizlabor” invites everyone to join in the fun. Afterwards, visitors can show off their singing talents at the karaoke session. On the side stage by Teaching Building 2A/B, FATIMJA, 2BEERS and MOCHIS will be performing from 6 pm.
On Saturday, the festival kicks off at midday with a family programme along Konrad-Wachsmann-Allee. A treasure hunt with attractive prizes, an international food street and numerous hands-on activities invite guests of all ages to explore and have a go.
In the evening, the musicians will take to the stages. TEAM SCHEISSE, PAULINKO and FEDE are on the programme on the main stage at the Forum. At the same time, QUANTUM MIRAGE, ELLI, DJ BOUNTY 3000 and BLAME THE BOOKER will be playing on the side stage. The open jam stage also offers space for spontaneous musical encounters and other programme items. The summer festival winds down into the night with the after-show at Comicaze and Muggefug.

- Side stage at Teaching Block 2A/B from 5 pm featuring QUANTUM MIRAGE, ELLI, DJ BOUNTY 3000 and BLAME THE BOOKER
- Open jam stage with further programme items and a performance by VAPOR
- After-show parties at Comicaze and Muggefug from 1 am
The event is supported by, amongst others, BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg, the Student Council (StuRa), Cottbuser Molle, the Studierendenwerk Ost, the City of Cottbus and the LWG.
