As part of the festive opening program to the HanseStadtFest "colorful herring" organizes the city marketing Frankfurt (Oder) on Wednesday, July 5, an attunement of a special kind: For the first time in the history of the city is invited to a common yoga experience in a church - a Frankfurt premiere so!
The yoga hour in the St. Mary's Church is led by a trained yoga teacher, who conceives a contemplative and at the same time vitalizing yoga unit. The special atmosphere is reinforced by an inspiring light installation appropriate to the church space. Participants can be beginners as well as advanced practitioners. Required are your own yoga mat and comfortable clothing, if necessary a blanket or similar for the final relaxation.
When and where?
Event start: 6:00 p.m.| Arrival at 5:45 p.m. at the latest and respect for the Church is requested.
