Long-term illness among employees poses challenges - financial and interpersonal - for companies across all industries. A relevant part of these challenges are the conflicts that arise in connection with long-term illnesses. If unresolved conflicts smolder, this often leads to a failure of the attempt to reintegrate the sick employee into working life. What are the backgrounds and what are the options for dealing with these conflicts in a meaningful way? This is to be worked out in this interactive workshop on the basis of own, brought in situations and problem definitions.
