Building strategic planning foundations
Developing new commercial and industrial areas or qualifying existing areas requires a broad knowledge of planning and building laws as well as state or federal funding.
The further development of know-how in municipal administrations is therefore necessary. Within the framework of regional management, information events are therefore held for the municipalities on specific topics (e.g. financing/subsidies, mobility/transportation) of commercial and industrial site development.
The kick-off event for the development of strategic planning basis on 18.11.2021 was a complete success with over 40 participants from the municipalities. The IPG mbH from Potsdam gave a lecture on the topic "Basics of commercial and industrial land development".
