The family center in the MehrGenerationenHaus MIKADO, Franz-Mehring-Straße 20, will be running a six-week "Educational Cooking" course for children aged six to ten from April 2024.
In educational cooking, the journey is the goal: it's not about the perfect cooking result, but about children getting to know many different foods and taste impressions and being able to help decide what they want to try and process. To ensure that the discovery of food has as lasting an effect as possible, all senses should be involved.
An information event for parents will take place on Tuesday, April 9 at 4.30 p.m. in the contact café (MIKADO).
