Where? Logensaal der Europa-Universität Viadrina | Logenhaus | Logenstraße 11 | Frankfurt (Oder)

The well-being of children is important to everyone - families and people who look after children professionally. After all, stable health is the starting point for fair, individual development opportunities for every single child at school and later in their education and career. That is why the German Pension Insurance Berlin-Brandenburg and the Jobcenter Frankfurt (Oder), as members of the Frankfurt Alliance for Families, are taking the opportunity to invite you to an information event in the Logensaal of the European University Viadrina on Children's Health Day.

Mayor Claus Junghanns, who coordinates the Alliance for Families in Frankfurt (Oder), is delighted that members of the alliance, Deutsche Rentenversicherung Berlin-Brandenburg and the JobCenter, have prepared an informative offer for families: "Especially in the earlier years, it is extremely important to introduce children to a healthy lifestyle and enable them to grow up healthy. The adults who actively support children's development in the first years of life are crucial in this regard."

In addition to specialist presentations on various aspects of children's health, there will also be a program focusing on healthy eating and having fun with exercise. Advice on health services and children's rehab will round off the afternoon. Children are welcome to attend the day of action. They can look forward to professional supervision including an exercise trail, face painting, a coloring street and healthy snacks.
