The stakeholders in economic development - from the municipal to the state level - exchanged views for the first time on the future joint focal points of their work. In addition to the presentation of the working methods of the regional management and the results of the commercial space survey, the focus was on future topics and the involvement of further target groups.
The 25 stakeholders from the municipalities, districts, the regional planning office and the WFBB have set themselves three important tasks and a fixed schedule for the coming meetings: On a quarterly basis, current developments in commercial development in the region will be reflected upon; furthermore, knowledge transfer, e.g. on new legal or funding statuses, will be addressed. And especially with regard to the cooperation of regional and local actors and the WFBB, a close exchange on monitoring is planned. The next meeting will take place in November.
