After completion of the municipal discussions in July 2021 and processing of all information received from the municipalities on vacant commercial and industrial sites, the site exposés on large-scale and vacant commercial and industrial sites are now available.
To the location exposés in the Oderland-Spree region
The location exposés were created in cooperation with the regional institutions of business development and the WFBB. The regional management will also continue to work closely with the economic development agencies in processing inquiries.
With this set of tools, the commercial sites available in the region will now be presented to a wider and broader audience of investors.
