From university to your own company

The start-up center of the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) is the first point of contact for many founders in ODERLAND-SPREE. Here, ideas are developed together and the foundations for implementation are laid. The fact that the concept is extremely successful is shown by the many innovative companies that once started here with their business idea.

CEMEX, as a globally active, innovative company in the Oderland-Spree region, has been meeting the high demands of climate and environmental protection in the cement industry for years. At present, we are concerned with securing the long-term future viability of this important industry at the Rüdersdorf site. The economic development players at the state and municipal level, as well as the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, are important partners for us here.

Allresist develops, produces and distributes resists for optical and electron beam lithography as well as the associated process chemicals for the manufacture of electronic components. Its unique selling point is resist development to customer specifications.

MY COFFEE CUP

The company Unicaps from Frankfurt (Oder) is dedicated to the production of sustainable coffee capsules. As an alternative to conventional aluminum capsules, high-quality organic coffee is marketed in garden-compostable capsules without aluminum and conventional plastic.
