"Not with us after all!": If we don't (want to) see something, we don't have to deal with it. But making people who are affected by violence, sexism and discrimination invisible and hiding diversity does not do good for togetherness. What is needed are contemporary ideas about what our society looks like. Because grievances that are recognized and illuminated solution-oriented, can be overcome.

With the motto "With us but not!" is to be sharpened in the context of this year's Brandenburg Women's Weeks from March 3 to June 4, the view of structural power relations and the social diversity in Brandenburg is valued.

Committed women, equal opportunity officers, activists, representatives of women's associations and networks organized the first Brandenburg Women's Week in 1991. Since then, it has taken place every year around International Women's* Struggle Day on March 8.

Women's Week brings together a variety of conferences, lectures, women's regulars' tables, sporting competitions, festive events, workshops, exhibitions and the like throughout the state.
